Job Requirements
Job Duties: Responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, schedules, resource allocation and budgeting. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks or delays. Manage project budgets and track expenditure. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards and legal regulations. Facilitate clear communication and work closely with clients, contractors, engineers and designers. Job Duties: Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans. Conduct inspections and audits to amintain qiuality standards. Identify and correct quality issues. Review and approve construction material as per requirements. Track quality performance, provide constructive feedback to improve workmanship and construction process. Maintain QC records, test results and inspection reports. Conduct regular trtaining sessions on quality standards and best construction practices.
